I’d like you to meet Justin Brown, one of the most enthusiastic and helpful trainers I’ve come across online or in person.
I found him whilst browsing through Periscope (a live-streaming social media app) whilst he was talking about having a healthy mindset as well as a healthy body. I instantly loved his approach and took the opportunity to get him on this podcast to hear more about him and how he manages to keep such an upbeat attitude to life and how anyone else can do so as well. He also touches on some of the biggest mistakes people make when first getting into fitness.
