Read This If You’re On a Weight Loss Journey

Please please please please, stop being so impatient. 
If you want to lose weight or change your body shape you have to be consistent.
Even to get out of shape you have to be consistent. When people put on weight they do it at a rate of 1, 2, 3, 4 or maybe 5ibs a month so don’t be annoyed if you ‘only’ lose 4ibs this month.
I get messages from people all the time and see it on social media every day where people are moaning about losing 1-2 pounds a week.
That’s seriously good progress to lose 4ibs in one month, don’t beat yourself up about it. If you carried that on for a whole year that’s 48ibs you’ll end up losing, do it for 2 years then that’s 96ibs. And your going to live a hell of a lot longer than a couple more years so don’t get bummed out if it takes you that long.
If it takes you two years to get where you want to be then you can enjoy that for the next 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 years of your life!
Although if you keep viewing this as a short term change then your only going to end up back at square one.
