Avocado Hummus

If you like avocado or hummus you are going to love this combination when combining the two!
I’ve been through a number of attempts of making this, one time it had too much garlic, another time too much lime, but now it’s just perfect!
Serves 5
Ingredients:
1 Whole avocado
300g Chickpeas
1/2 Garlic clove
1.5 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Lime/lemon juice
1 tbsp Tahini
Top with chili flakes
Side of pitta breads
Method:
1. Add chickpeas and garlic to a blender and pulse until smooth.
2. Add the avocado, olive oil, lemon/lime juice and tahini, keep pulsing until it’s one smooth paste.
3. Place in a bowl, topping with chili flakes and more olive oil if needed.
4. Serve with pitta bread.
