This is one of my favorite salmon dishes purely for the fact it’s super quick, easy and requires so little washing up!
1 Salmon Fillet
Half a dozen asparagus tips
3 Cherry tomatoes
Slice of lemon
Salt & pepper
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
Heat up a frying pan with a little coconut oil or virgin oil and start cooking the salmon. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
After a couple of minutes flip over the salmon to cook on its top and add in the cherry tomatoes and asparagus tips.
Cook until the salmon is cooked all the way through. Once added to your plate squeeze lemon juice over to add a little zing to it.
And that’s its!
Only your frying pan, spatula and plate to wash up! Good times!
